If you did not receive this email, you may not be eligible for a PURL at this time due to one of the following reasons:

- Your email address was not provided at the time of booking.
- Your email address was not entered correctly.
- Your travel agent has not yet forwarded you this email.
- The destination you are travelling to is not eligible for a PURL at this time.
